Enchanté Boutique Hotel

This is a small boutique hotel. Does not have swimming pool or big gym. But it has it charm and great staff. Who do their best to make your stay a pleasant experience. I stay here every time when in the area, it almost fill like coming back home. Rooms are not big but nicely furnished, cozy and clean. Location is great , lots of places around to eat and shop. Prices are very affordable comparing to other hotels in the area. Restaurant has some great options to chose from.

My husband and I recently stayed at the French themed Enchanté Boutique Hotel and truly enjoyed its charm, warmth, and exceptional staff. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always, smiling—it’s clear the team takes great pride in providing personal service. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of the quaint and quiet Los Altos village, surrounded by wonderful restaurants and boutiques within easy walking distance. We felt safe in the area at all hours. Our room was cozy and unique, with French style antique decor and a comfortable, firm bed that gave us both great sleep. We loved waking up to the aroma of coffee and bacon from the downstairs café, where breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and served with great European class on porcelain trays. The coffee was strong and delicious, clearly a French Roast. We also loved being able to open our window and hear the faint and melodic chime of the clock somewhere nearby. Free parking is included and easy, just inquire about instructions upon check-in. That said, we hope the hotel considers refresh soon. The carpets in the rooms, hallways, and elevator are quite worn and tired; a full replacement would make a noticeable difference. Elevating and refining the decorative design concepts of the rooms would be wonderful. The eggshell wall color and some of the decor elements, such as bed skirts and artwork, could use updating or added color to bring more life into the beautiful French theme. The space still has so much potential—it just needs a bit of renewed attention to match the charm shown in the hotel’s marketing photos and the care reflected in its service. We also experienced trouble with our mini refrigerator in our room, not cooling properly and had to give our ice packs and food to the kitchen staff for storage. We appreciated how the hotel staff was caring and concerned about this. We also did not have a microwave in our room, which we really missed the convenience of. However, the staff was readily available and accommodating to heat anything up that we needed in theirs. Even so, we would gladly stay again. With a few design updates, this already special property could easily shine as one of the most distinctive boutique hotels in the Bay Area. All things considered, we feel confident that we selected the most special place to stay in the region!

What a beautiful and thoughtful little French flavored inn!! Our room was delicious. Big luscious bathroom. Fireplace! They offer you a complimentary drink upon arrival. They offer breakfast (continental included) and lunch and dinner (except for Sundays.) You can dine here for lunch and dinner even if you are not staying here. They have the cutest French gifts behind the counter. I bought Hermes notepads for holiday gifts for my friends back home. Strongly recommend!!

This place is a gem. My wife and I had such a great time. All of the staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Christian was the manager when we were there and he is exceptional. The restaurant was amazing....pork chop for my wife and my filet mignon was fantastic. Breakfast was also great. Nothing bad to report at all for our stay. Bed was comfortable, fireplace was a nice touch and heated the room. Would totally recommend to anyone and would absolutely stay there again.

This charming hotel offers a lovely, romantic ambiance, with a distinct French-inspired vibe. While I didn’t stay in one of the rooms, the areas I did see were beautifully designed, making it an ideal spot for a romantic getaway. The hotel features a cozy dining area that serves delicious food and coffee. The service was also exceptional. There’s also a stunning park right across the street, perfect for a leisurely stroll. Parking is available on the street with a two-hour limit, though there may be other options nearby. Overall, a wonderful place for a brief escape!

This place is incredible. Beautiful hotel, the staff is very helpful and offer many ideas. The food was incredible. The decorations (inside and out) are authentic, French, many are hundreds of years old. The beds are the most comfortable we have ever seen.

The place gave me one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! The staff is so friendly and accommodating! The food is out of this world good! The rooms are so comfortable and cutely decorated! The hotel is located around a fun downtown area with a bunch of shops and restaurants! What more could you need? I can’t wait to come back and stay here again! I am missing the fresh made croissants already!

Just the best little hotel you’ll find anywhere. I prefer to stay here when I come to the Bay Area. Centrally located in downtown Los Altos, I can go for an evening walk quite easily, or sit outside on their lovely patio for breakfast, which is surprisingly good! They get their croissants shipped from France! The staff is professional- Christian and Linda particularly-are so accommodating too. I stay at five star hotels around the world and this is always where I return. Five stars for charm, care and comfort!
